I build things that work. Then I ship them.

“I had the pleasure of working with John on a large-scale native ad platform integration at CNN. John is an expert in his field, a true and genuine engineer mindset. I never heard the word 'can't' or 'that's not possible' come from his mouth, he is solution and results oriented. He is extremely well organized and an excellent communicator and teacher. He also has a really great attitude and rare calming energy about him, which helps when dealing with often times stressful and deadline driven situations. I would rank John among the top engineers/developers I have worked with in my 15 year career.”

“I've worked very closely with John Ryan for the last 3 years, and I can't recommend him highly enough. He has been able to implement custom solutions for our biggest publisher clients, solving some of their toughest problems and providing valuable development resources and consultations. As a direct result of his efforts, our publisher clients have been able to sell bespoke sponsored content experiences for their advertisers, and streamline their internal workflows. JR also has an insane work ethic and a wonderful attitude, he's a true pleasure to work with. ”

“John is a highly professional employee who I feel privileged to be managed by and work with on a daily basis. His punctuality, professionalism and dedication is second to none, his passion and energy is infectious and he always goes the extra mile for the high-level completion of a task/project. As a manager, he is easily approachable and keeps in very close communication to ensure that I know I am supported, which is especially challenging with the 8 hours time difference between our offices (San Francisco to London). I owe a lot to the work ethic of John, and with his constant high work rate and dedication (including a week trip to London to ensure I was trained for the job), I have been able to excel in the 'Integration Engineer' position and start providing back to the company and our product.”

“John is an amazing creative thinker, big picture problem solver, and amazing visual designer with a deep understanding of the technologies needed to power beautiful experiences. He's also one of the nicest guys I've ever worked with! John is a great cultural fit in any forward thinking, fast moving, agile organization and I recommend him for any design and technology driven role that challenges him with innovative advertising and general consumer facing products.”

“John Ryan is that rare multi-talented colleague we all hope to come across in our jobs. I've gotten to know him closely through building various products together at Sharethrough. His warm spirit exudes confidence in his soft skills when working with external stakeholders, while his ability to code resilient solutions make it a breeze to tackle tough and strange problems. His leadership in understanding the adtech space on the buy and sell side provide him a unique perspective in creating solutions. He is a valued colleague and one I recommend to helm ambitious projects and new product initiatives.”

“John Ryan is committed to excellence and continually looks for ways to improve. He is a consummate team member and has great intuition for service. He's a fast and flexible front end coder but also has a very approachable and friendly personality. It was a privilege to have him on my support team, as I knew the customer would always feel well taken care of and John Ryan's solutions would be robust and thorough. I hope we can work together again!”
